- Recommendations to schedule electricity consumption during cleaner grid periods,
- Notifications and related data insights.
Forecasts and analytics are estimates only and may not always be accurate.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
- All activities occurring under your account,
- Updating registration details as needed.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription.
Payment
- Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the Service.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Free Trials
If offered, trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled prior to expiration.
Refunds
Except where required by law, all charges are non-refundable, including unused service time.
5. Acceptable Use

8. Accuracy and Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or reliability of forecasts,
- Emission reductions or monetary savings,
- Uninterrupted or error-free access.
Use of insights and recommendations is at your discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes and Updates
We may modify, discontinue, or update the Platform or any part thereof at any time without liability.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees.
Users may cancel their account at any time. Termination does not entitle users to refunds.
