This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for the CO2Free application, website, and subscription-based services ("Service").
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment processing and refund requests. ("Service"), provided by RAVEN10 TEKNOLOJİ VE DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş. ("Company").
By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or from the date of a subscription renewal charge.
After the 14-day period has expired, no refunds will be issued.
2. Subscription Services
If a refund request is submitted within the 14-day refund window:
- The subscription payment will be refunded in full.
- Access to the Service may be terminated.
If a refund request is submitted after the 14-day period:
- No refund will be provided.
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Renewals
Refunds for subscription renewals are available only if requested within 14 calendar days from the renewal charge date.
After this period, renewal payments are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account or the payment platform used for the purchase.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the 14-day refund window.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles the transaction and processing.
